Accidents happen!
How we rise up to the challenges defines the companies and people involved. There is no question that BP is trying ideas and plans of their best people to address the issues in rather uncharted territory of generally stated 5000 feet below on the ocean floor. One can almost see animated dis-appointment in the actions of failed robotic attempts. One see the robots close their clasps and hang their knuckles in failure.
I have submitted a plan to BP for now and into the future to prevent such catastrophes. I will elaborate on that as well as provide other observations that may trigger positive thoughts towards a solution.
